Attorney Thomas J. Londregan
has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1969. Attorney Londregan is often involved in representing developers, both residential and commercial, throughout southeastern Connecticut. He is counsel to the Southeastern Connecticut Homebuilders Association and a regular contributor to its newsletter. In representing developers he appears before planning and zoning commissions and inland/wetlands commissions throughout New London County on a regular basis. Attorney Londregan is the Director of Law for the City of New London and the Town Attorney for the Town of Stonington. He advises municipal officials on a daily basis on a wide spectrum of issues that face municipalities. He litigates cases for the firm's municipal and private clients on issues involving municipal law, administrative law, real estate and contract law. He handles construction litigation both in state court and in arbitration proceedings. Attorney Londregan has argued nine cases before the Connecticut Appellate Court and six cases before the Connecticut Supreme Court.
