Attorney Francis T. Londregan
has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1960. Attorney Londregan is regularly involved in complex commercial transactions and real estate transactions, specializing in commercial lending, planning and zoning, and environmental matters. Attorney Londregan was the lead local counsel for the Federal National Mortgage Association on a $20 million debt restructures of a multi-family unit mortgage loan. He has represented investors who have purchased several automotive agencies, some from bankrupt estates, including Honda, Hyundai, and General Motors. He was lead counsel for all real estate acquisition and local permit approvals for the development of the area's largest regional shopping mall. Presently Attorney Londregan represents developers of market rate elderly housing communities and assisted living facilities in several communities. In addition to those complex matters, Attorney Londregan handles the legal matters for his approximately fifty corporate clients. Attorney Londregan is a past President of the Connecticut Municipal Attorney's Association, and he actively participates in representing the firm's other municipal clients including the City of New London, Town of Stonington, Town of Bozrah, and numerous municipal commissions.
